Christians are those who await the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ, their King. Although they live on earth, their hope is not in the world or things on earth, but in heaven. Because of this unique situation for Christians, they must beware of certain things in the world regarding the Christ. They must also be ready any time to welcome the returning King: 1) Assurance of the Eternal Life; 2) Endurance with Hope; 3) Preaching the Gospel.
